  • Ozark CPA Services was founded by Kent Dauderman, a CPA, CIA, CISA, and CGAP with over a decade of experience leading high-stakes IT control, compliance, transformation, cybersecurity, external audit response, and regulatory response initiatives. Before launching the firm, Kent served as a Manager with Deloitte where he specialized in helping Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises design and implement audit-ready control environments.

    Kent’s career highlights include guiding Fortune 500 firms through SOX transformations, leading IT control integrations in major M&A transactions, preparing organizations for IPO readiness, and steering large-scale remediation efforts under regulatory scrutiny.

    During Kent’s time as a Missouri State Auditor he became intimately familiar with NIST 800-53 guidance and has demonstrated an expertise in the material. Kent also has experience with other control or regulatory frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 270001, BCR (EU), etc.

    With this background, Ozark CPA Services is dedicated to delivering clarity, confidence, and practical solutions for clients facing today’s most complex IT risk, controls, and compliance challenges.
